Welcome to Lurking Records, one of Parksville's indie music labels. A lot of recording has been taking place, so we apologize for the lack of webpage updates.
Recently, we have been recording many of the artists from the local organization known as Rough Diamonds. There are many great up-and-coming bands who have been performing live within this organization, and so we have been working closely with them to provide a way to showcase their talents on a compilation CD.
UPDATE (July 12/09): Lurking Records is excited to inform you that we will be hosting a concert here in Parksville/Errington near the end of August 2009 with many of the label's artists and affiliates! We are still working on the details as we have a few venues to choose from, but we are currently looking for more local bands to perform at the concert. If you are interested or know somebody who might be, please contact us A.S.A.P.! We will be selling merchandise and it will most likely be an all-ages show. This would be a great opportunity for you and your band to sell your CD or at least get your band some more attention it deserves!
UPDATE (July 12/09): The Artists section and it's links have been updated, however, since recording is still under way many of the songs haven't been updated yet. Come back soon to see some more updates!!
